Arabica Food & Spice Company traded in their market stall, for bricks and mortar to launch a full-on 80 cover bar & restaurant, serving Levantine inspired food.
The market is the spiritual home and birthplace of Arabica. James Walters started out at Borough Market, armed with little more than a cool box over 14 years ago and began selling a small range of mezze from an 8ft trestle table.
Arabica Bar & Kitchen is an epicurean exploration of the beguiling flavours and worldly hospitality of the sun drenched lands of the Levant.
