Bankside Inclusion Networks

offer_banner_image

The Bankside Inclusion Networks bring together people who work in Bankside to create safe spaces for support, sharing experiences, fostering a sense of belonging and celebrating the differences that define the unique character and spirit of ‘London’s other side’.

The Bankside Inclusion Networks also create opportunities for active participation to help inform how Better Bankside works, through listening to and learning from the lived experience of the networks’ members.

Together, we can shape a neighbourhood where everyone feels they belong, that is inclusive and where everyone can thrive.

Join the Bankside Inclusion Networks

There are three active network groups currently, and membership is open to anyone who works in Bankside and identifies as a member of that network’s community or as an active ally.

  • Bankside Women’s Network – contact Rachel or join the network’s LinkedIn page to connect with its members and hear about upcoming events
  • Bankside LGBTQ+ Network – contact Rachel to join this group
  • Bankside Carers’ Network – contact Rachel to join this group for anyone with caring responsibilities for a family member or friend

Each group is led by a Chair or Co-chairs and supported by a Steering Group of network members, who plan the events and activities for each group.

We are working on plans to launch further networks, if you would like to get involved and help shape a new Bankside Inclusion Network or have any other questions about the networks, please get in touch with Rachel Nicholson, Responsible Business and Inclusion Manager.
