This large development site will see eight new buildings, peaking at 50 storeys, sit above 14 grand arches. The site is on the riverfront and sits between Blackfriars Bridge and Tate Modern.
Bankside Yards is a 1.4 million sq ft residential, office and retail development at the site of the Ludgate House and Sampson House in London SE1.
The 5.3-acre site close to Tate Modern will create new buildings comprising offices, retail shops and leisure facilities, along with residential apartments and a five star hotel.
