What advice would they give to someone just starting on their career journey? How do those of us in more senior positions lead with influence and help shape a workplace where everyone can succeed? There will also be the chance to reflect on your own career journey during a facilitated networking activity and share the one piece of advice you wish you’d been giving when starting out.
Panel speakers include Sarah Friswell, CEO of Red Ant, a leading retail technology business and Becky Booth, CEO of The Bridge, a charity working to improve women’s health and wellbeing. The panel will be chaired by Katherine Nathan, Executive Creative Director and CEO of Ratchet, an independent creative and production company.
