It’s hardly surprising that so many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep. With blurred boundaries between work and home, the loss of face-to-face connectivity, disruption to our regular healthy routines and fear about the long term economic and psychological impacts of Covid 19, many people are finding a restful night’s sleep out of reach.
There is also the ongoing uncertainty about if and when things will ever get back to normal with the current wave.
