Workplace communication is one of the first things to break down under pressure. When stress levels rise, our ability to listen effectively, interpret messages accurately, and respond calmly to colleagues can all be affected leading to misunderstandings, conflict, and team tension.

This special one off webinar, delivered during Mental Health Awareness Week, explores the powerful connection between stress and workplace communication. Designed for individuals and teams, the session offers practical, actionable strategies to help you navigate difficult conversations, reduce friction, and communicate more clearly, even in high-pressure situations.

Led by three experienced facilitators, the webinar blends expert input with podcast style discussion and real-world shared experiences. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how stress shapes communication, and simple tools they can apply immediately to improve team dynamics and workplace relationships.

This course is delivered by SEEDL, an online learning platform that is free to access for anyone who works for a Better Bankside member organisation. Find out more about SEEDL and sign up for this course and others: https://betterbankside.co.uk/what-we-do/seedl-online-learning/
