Join our Urban Gardener Georgia to bring the Better Air Benches back to life with new wildlife friendly planting.
The Better Air Benches are colourful, moveable benches filled with plants that pop up in different locations across Bankside to raise awareness of air quality. Sadly, the plants inside the benches suffered during the summer heatwave, so we need your help to bring them back to life with a new planting scheme that supports biodiversity and will be more resilient to changing weather patterns.
There are two sessions across the afternoon, please choose the time slot that you’d like to arrive from. You’re welcome to stay past the finish time of your slot if you’d like to stay longer, or if you only have 15 minutes we’d still love to have you join us.
Please bring your own gardening gloves if you have some.
