We are working with our members to support you in becoming a more diverse and inclusive business. To do this we want to have an open discussion to understand what businesses are already doing and where our help, training and guidance can have the most impact.
Join this first discussion where we plan to cover recruitment, retention and progression and workplace culture. The session is also an opportunity for members to share experiences, challenges and successes.
