In this webinar we’ll take a deep dive into resilience. What it is, the essential elements, how to build and maintain it. You’ll pick up actionable tips, ideas and information that you can use and implement in your life straight away.

John Watson Allison, from Motion to Mind, will take any questions at the end of the presentation and you’ll also be invited to share any thoughts and stories relating to the topic of resilience too.

This session will provide you with of an overview of what resilience is and how to find it. Moving forward, finding values and purpose and developing one’s ability to stay present all builds our resilience. You can join the other webinars John is holding which focus on these aspects of wellbeing and resilience as part of the Better You programme.

John served with the British Army for 24 years, specialising in Bomb Disposal, Counter-Terrorist Search and Weapons Intelligence. He now runs Motion to Mind, a coaching service and urban adventure, StreetGym.
