Join us for the official launch of the Southwark Climate Collective, a new 12-month programme designed to support SMEs in Southwark in taking action on climate, supported by the Mayor of London.
The initiative, funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, will provide free, expert decarbonisation support for 160 businesses across Southwark to reduce carbon emissions, increase efficiency and cut costs.
Businesses participating in the Southwark Climate Collective can choose to take part in one of four programme streams – waste, energy, freight and supply chains – through which you will receive tailored technical support including a bespoke audit, recommendation report, access to data dashboard to monitor your progress, trainings, network events, carbon literacy training and a celebration event.
The programme will engage a diverse range of sectors, with a target of 25% of participant businesses to be Black, Asian or minority ethnic-led or owned. Better Bankside, Team London Bridge, Blue Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle Business Forum and Southwark Council will provide guidance and support to businesses during the onboarding process and throughout the programme.
Come along to our launch event to find out more about the programme and how your business can benefit.
