Come exactly as you are. You’ll be welcomed there. You’ll have options every step of the way to match your energy levels and honour your instincts. Wear any comfortable clothes and shoes that you feel comfortable moving in, and bring along some water.
Empowering, evidence-based, and trauma informed
Empowerment Self Defence is a set of methods and mindsets addressing the spectrum of violence which women tend to face. Coupling these with proven techniques for working with trauma in movement, the programme creates a supportive space where women can connect to their bodies and build skills to thrive.
