How can technology reduce your building’s energy consumption and carbon emissions?
The Mayor’s Business Climate Challenge is offering a FREE webinar for London businesses to understand how to implement proven energy saving technology in their buildings, including:
- LED lighting and sensors,
- Heat Pumps
- Building Management Systems
The experts leading the training will discuss how these technologies work and how they can help improve your building’s energy efficiency. It will be an interactive session to help you take this learning back into your business.
Who should attend?
This FREE training is part of The Mayor’s Business Climate Challenge, an energy efficiency programme which supports businesses to reduce their energy consumption and accelerates building decarbonisation efforts in London. The training aims to help London businesses to reduce carbon emissions from their building. Businesses based in London, but not formally part of The Mayor’s Business Climate Challenge, are welcome to attend.
Why attend?
Emissions from heating and powering London’s commercial and industrial buildings make up 36 per cent of the capital’s carbon footprint. Decarbonising the city’s building stock is pivotal to reach the Mayor’s net zero target by 2030. To meet these targets, businesses will need to invest in measures to reduce energy demand from their buildings.
Learning outcomes
By attending this training, you will gain a better understanding of which technologies are best suited to your building and what should be considered when installing these technologies to help meet energy and carbon reduction targets and create a more comfortable and productive working environment.
This session will be run as a live online event and will be recorded so that it can be accessed as a video.
