Christmas Hours

During the festive season, please be aware of our team’s working hours.

We do not close completely for Christmas, but there will be a reduced Better Bankside team on 27, 28 and 29 December. If you need us, please call the office number on 020 7928 3998. We will be back to normal office hours from 2 January.

• Our cleaning team will finish at midday on 24 December, returning 30 December. They will then work to midday 31 December, returning to normal hours on 2 January. If you have concerns around cleaning in the area in their absence please report to Southwark Council.
• The Better Bankside wardens will be patrolling during the holiday period. The wardens team mobile is 07725 625954 or report an issue using our online form. For emergencies, please call 999.
• Our Bike Hub will be locked between 7pm on Friday 22 December and 9am Tuesday 2 January.
