Better Bankside, alongside its partners in the Southwark Climate Collective – Team London Bridge, the Blue Bermondsey, Southwark Council and Elephant & Castle Business Forum – is seeking a part-time marketing and communications support to enhance programme outcomes and outputs, and leave a legacy.

The Southwark Climate Collective (SCC) is a pioneering sustainability programme funded through the government’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund, providing end-to-end support to enable 160 small and medium enterprises across Southwark to reduce carbon emissions in one of four areas of business operations: energy, waste, freight and supply chains.

For the next phase of the programme, we are seeking a part-time marketing and communications specialist to promote the programme’s success, celebrate the businesses taking part, and showcase outcomes.

This will include:

  • Design & creation of case studies and toolkits, utilising existing SCC branding and collateral;
  • Commission and project management of a showreel to tell the SCC story;
  • Creation and delivery of a social media plan in line with Better Bankside’s social media strategy;
  • Management of the SCC website, including refreshing web content through the final phase of the programme.
