Momentum is now growing at TIDE, a new building that represents a major investment in the Bankside area. In a key milestone for the project, TIDE will be hosting an internal “topping out” ceremony later this month in which businesses who have contributed to the construction of the building will be invited to visit the site and see the iconic views of the River Thames that are visible from the building.
The team behind the new development have a strong commitment to their role in the Bankside area and are in the process of developing plans for their engagement with local initiatives within the local community.
Every stage in the building’s design has been also shaped by an overriding commitment to sustainability, using some of the cleanest materials and operational technologies that are available today.
The development is being delivered in a joint venture by Barings and LBS Properties and is expected to create a number of exciting new opportunities for the Bankside area.
Along with recently opened The Forge and Triptych, TIDE is just one of many new developments in the area. Better Bankside will be publishing a report with information on this investment pipeline in the next few months.
