Grounded in UK employment law, the training explores the behaviours that constitute harassment, the legal and ethical responsibilities of both employees and employers, and practical strategies for fostering a respectful workplace for everyone.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Define sexual harassment and identify behaviours that create a hostile work environment
- Recognise verbal, non-verbal, and physical forms of harassment and understand their impact
- Understand employee and employer rights and responsibilities under UK law
- Apply proactive strategies to promote a culture of respect and inclusion
- Respond effectively to harassment including bystander intervention techniques
- Navigate reporting procedures confidently, ensuring complaints are handled professionally and confidentially
