This Mental Health Awareness Week, join us for this hands on workshop. Build your own miniature green world and discover how plants can boost wellbeing. In this workshop, you’ll create a beautiful terrarium to take home. This session will focus on forest plants. Terrariums are miniature ecosystems contained inside a glass vessel, perfect for brightening up any room or workspace.
All materials are provided. No experience needed just come along and enjoy a soothing creative session with nature. The session will be run by Bankside Open Spaces Trust, a local charity that champions green spaces in Bankside, enhancing the health and wellbeing of our urban community. Better Bankside is launching a new network for young professionals working in Bankside to help you develop the confidence and skills you need in the early years of your career. Come along to the launch of NextGen Bankside to find out more about this new network, practice your networking skills in a low-pressure setting and connect with other young professionals working locally. Open to all roles and sectors, and anyone in the early to mid-stages of their career, or in the early stages of a new career.
