This practical workshop explores how to build lasting resilience by understanding your stress triggers, managing unhelpful thought patterns, and developing habits that support your wellbeing.
You’ll learn proven techniques, including the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise, attention training and the locus of control framework, to help you stay calm under pressure and respond more effectively when challenges arise. The session also explores how flow, recovery and consistent daily habits can improve emotional awareness and strengthen your ability to adapt over time.
