Volunteering is a great way to make a difference in our local community. But did you know, volunteering can also help improve your wellbeing, develop new skills or boost your confidence?  Volunteering with your colleagues is also a great team building activity.

All year round, Banksiders are making a difference right on our doorstep, by getting their gardening gloves on to work with our Urban Gardener to add greenery to our neighbourhood.

Come along to this lunchtime gardening session to get hands on to help Georgia, our Urban Gardener, give one of the larger sites that she maintains a refresh so it’s looking blooming beautiful and ready for summer.

We’ll be running this as two one hour sessions – just pick the time you want to attend: 12.00pm-1.00pm or 1.00pm-2.00pm

We have tools but if you have your own gardening gloves, please bring them with you. Please also wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for the weather.

If you register but can no longer attend, please cancel with as much notice as possible to allow someone from the waiting list the opportunity to go in your place.
