Drawing on 24 years of military experience and several years working in mental health too, John introduces a variety of tools and frameworks that allow us to take practical action and move forward in life. We look at the role of triage, the importance of creating your own timelines and much more.
This talk is run by John Watson Allison, founder of Motion to Mind. John served with the British Army for 24 years, specialising in in bomb disposal, counter-terrorist search and weapons intelligence. He now runs Motion to Mind, a coaching service and urban adventure, StreetGym.
