Looking to get stronger, train efficiently, and make the most of your gym time?

Muscleworks Gym is hosting induction-style sessions designed to teach you how to plan an effective 30-45 minute strength-training workout. Using proven bodybuilding principles even with a busy work schedule. The focus is on training with purpose: choosing the right exercises, structuring your workout efficiently, and making the most of state-of-the-art equipment to achieve results in less time.

At the start of the session, you can complete a short questionnaire to highlight your goals and experience level. This ensures the guidance is practical and tailored to you. After the walkthrough, you’ll have the opportunity to try the equipment yourself and put what you’ve learned into practice.

You’ll leave with:

  • Confidence to build a strength-training session aligned with your goals
  • A clear understanding of how to train efficiently using strength equipment
  • Practical tools to make consistent training fit into your working day

Muscleworks Gym doesn’t just offer a place to train — it builds a community that supports members, shares expertise, and delivers results. Expert trainers guide you on specialist equipment and cultivate an environment where dedication thrives and everyone feels included.

The start of the year is an ideal time to explore new activities and sharpen your skills. Better You is here to support you every step of the way. Our range of free activities and courses offers something for everyone, and we’d love for you to join us for other events too!
