Stretching and Rolling
It’s time to say goodbye to those niggling back pains!
Whether its from sport or sitting at a desk, the body can easily get a few aches and pains. The Stretching and Rolling class is a chance for you to learn how to use techniques of Myofascial Release to rehabilitate your muscles.
Over the hour you will be shown techniques of:
- Foam rolling
- Identifying trigger points and using them to alleviate pain
- Use of massage guns
- Basic stretches for both pre- and post- workout and to combat long hours of sitting
This is an interactive session and we encourage you to bring your own mats and foam rollers if you have them.
