This fun and fast-paced volunteer activity is an opportunity to help local young people to practice their networking skills and build their confidence to talk to new people. Networking is such a vital part of everyone’s careers, but one that many of us can still find daunting. So, this event is also a chance to practice your own networking skills, and get to know volunteers from other Bankside businesses.
Before the event, the Bankside Futures team will send you an overview the types of questions to expect from the young people, which will focus on your current role and your career pathway. There will also be some tips on how to handle difficult or personal questions.
