We need volunteers to help run mini mock interviews, either in person or online, on either Tuesday 8 August or Wednesday 9 August.
These activities are a chance to help young people taking part in Bankside Futures to practice their interview skills and build their confidence to answer questions about their skills, achievements and future plans. The Bankside Futures team will help you prepare for these interviews, sharing profiles of the young people, questions and a feedback form to help you run these short interviews.
As well as in person interviewers, we need one or two volunteers each day to host online interviews. The Bankside Futures team will manage the online set up and invites for these interviews, so you will just need to log on from your own device, whether that’s from your office or from home.
About Bankside Futures
Bankside Futures is a summer programme for young people aged 16-18 years old, designed to get them ready for the world of work by meeting a range of Bankside businesses, learning about different jobs and careers, and creating a social action project to share their views about issues that affect the local community.
