Parrillan celebrates Spanish cooking over fire, with seating both indoors and outdoors. Chefs cook with apple and olive wood-fired stove and an Ox Grill, both in the heart of an open kitchen. In our beautiful terrace, our namesake grills, the parrillas, allow guests to cook delicious ingredients over coals at their own table.
