The White Hart

The White Hart re-opened in 2018 after a restoration which took it to its former glory, plus brought the addition of dining facilities and kitchen. The pub has been dated back as far as the early 1800s which is visible through the external tiling and FRIARS MEUX ghost signs uncovered during the restoration.
Pubs with beer gardens in central London are few and far between – but when the sun’s out here, you can spill out on to the small street terrace to enjoy your beer alfresco. Surrounded by some of London’s oldest workers’ cottages, the pub is a nostalgic nod to the old Bankside.
