Good Work Standard Reaccreditation

We’re proud to share that Better Bankside has been reaccredited to the Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard – at Excellence level.

This recognition marks our continued commitment to creating a fair, inclusive, and supportive workplace, and reinforces our values – impact, togetherness, otherness . The Good Work Standard is the Mayor of London’s benchmark for the best employment practices across four key areas: fair pay and conditions, workplace wellbeing, skills and progression, and diversity and recruitment.

We’re especially proud that our score has improved since our original accreditation in 2019, a testament to our ongoing efforts to be an organisation that champions fairness and wellbeing.
