This CrossFit class offers a safe, supportive and accessible first or return experience of CrossFit.
The session includes:
- A guided warm-up
- Clear coaching on technique run by highly qualifies coaches
- A short, beginner-friendly workout tailored to all abilities to meet you where you are in your fitness journey
- A cool-down and the opportunity to ask questions
All elements are fully scalable, making the class suitable for complete beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone curious about trying CrossFit.
