The Better You programme returns this January, bringing a fresh line-up of free wellbeing activities for everyone who lives or works in Bankside. Whether you’re looking to get active, support your mental wellbeing, build new skills or connect with others, this year’s programme has something for you.
Alongside our in-person events, Better You now includes wellbeing Buzz offers from local partners and brand-new online training through SEEDL, giving you even more ways to take part.
Running from 12 January to 6 February, each week focuses on a different theme – Physical Health, Mental Wellbeing, Personal Enrichment and Community & Connection – with a mix of classes, workshops and experiences designed to help you feel your best.
Programme highlights include:
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Salsa, Reformer Pilates, Wellbeing Walks, Dry Drink & Draw, Knitting, Women’s Self-Defence, Mindfulness Drinking, Terrarium and Pottery Workshops, Aerial Slings and Bouldering & Beer.
Online via SEEDL: Guided Relaxation, Standing Office Yoga, Mindset and Goal-Setting, Understanding Andropause and Understanding Imposter Syndrome.
